| Temple Terrace is a unique city. It has been able to retain the small town feel in the midst of the sprawling city of Tampa. Decades ago, the first developers came to the area in hopes of creating a commuity for the rich to escape and play golf; they created much more. Named for the fragrant Temple orange that was planted on the terraces of these golfers, Temple Terrace has become a pride rich community. There are so many community services that make the area special.
